LA is the most laid back in allowing pets, with Miami in second place. Tokyo is the most restrictive, with London following. Makes intuitive sense. California and Florida is a bit “crusty” and laid back where pets are concerned. May be due to all the sunshine.
Tokyo may tolerate cats and their cafes, but not Pitties and Rotties.
